W.K. Kellogg Foundation Vice President for Quality & Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation Lead Dr. Alandra Washington has been selected to participate in the Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. She joins a cohort of 18 executive leaders from multiple sectors from throughout U.S. in the prestigious program, which emphasizes collaboration and hands-on executive training in operational, customer and employee excellence and engagement.
We are immensely proud of Alandra’s selection as a fellow,” said La June Montgomery Tabron, president and CEO of the Kellogg Foundation. “Her leadership contributions to the foundation’s continuous learning, growth and transformation are significant. We know that her talents, paired with what will be gained from the Baldrige program, will help us become an even higher-performing organization and achieve strong outcomes for children, families and communities.”
Washington currently leads the development, implementation and oversight of quality improvement and organizational performance efforts for the foundation’s strategic grantmaking and operations. For the past two years, she’s served as the transformation lead for a shift to a more agile and networked structure. Previously, she served as director for foundation’s Family Economic Security team, deputy director of the foundation’s Education & Learning team and program director for philanthropy and volunteerism. She has more than 15 years of experience managing national initiatives and leading nonprofit and philanthropic organizations.

About the Baldrige Executive Fellows Program Created in 2010, the Baldrige Executive Fellows Program is recognized as one of the best continuing education programs in leadership development. In conjunction with the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the private sector, the Baldrige Program manages the fellowship, with some support from the Baldrige Foundation; the Baldrige Program is named for Malcolm Baldrige, the 26th Secretary of Commerce. The Baldrige Excellence Framework has empowered organizations to accomplish their missions for more than 30 years.
