Serving as a map for the next decade for children, this resource takes into consideration existing social, technological and natural forces already shaping our reality and likely to grow in influence between now and 2035, and shares what the future could look like. Created by Institute for the Future in partnership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, explore the report and our two-page legend to guide conversations about the future for children.
National study released by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) and Altarum concludes that while racial inequities needlessly stifle economic growth, there is a path forward.
In the pages of this guide, we hope to give staff of nonprofits and community members alike sufficient orientation to the underlying principles of “logic modeling” to use this tool to enhance their program planning, implementation, and dissemination activities.
Our founder, W.K. Kellogg, believed that “…through cooperative planning, intelligent study and group action” communities can create powerful solutions for the wellbeing of children and families.
Today, we continue his legacy by publishing and sharing what the foundation and our grantees are learning. We are committed to making these widely accessible, so they may be used by organizations and communities to serve the best interests of children and families. All knowledge products commissioned or supported by WKKF are published in a Resource Directory powered by IssueLab – an open knowledge repository for funders, practitioners, advocates, students and community members in the social sector who can benefit from the data, learning and experience of our grantees and partners.
