The Director of Communications at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation is responsible for designing and implementing communication strategies to elevate the foundation’s DNA (racial equity and racial healing, community engagement, leadership), our investment portfolio (inclusive of the Kellogg Foundation Investment Office and mission related investments), executive thought leadership and knowledge strategy and internal communications. Leading a team of communications colleagues on the core communications squad to contribute to and execute a cohesive brand voice that clearly communicates the foundation’s priorities, the Director of Communications collaborates internally with peer leaders across the foundation, the communications function and within the Office of the President to measurably enhance awareness and engagement with the foundation through internal and external communications platforms and strategic campaigns and establishes new partnerships that support children, families and communities.

Job Posting Range: $150,000 to $206,000. Actual starting salary of candidate will be commensurate with years, breadth, and depth of relevant experience, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments and other factors relevant to the position.
