Expanding Equity is a transformational program for advancing racial equity, diversity and inclusion in the private sector. It helps business leaders and organizations attract, develop, retain and promote qualified and diverse talent, and create workplace cultures of belonging where all workers can thrive.

Created in 2019, Expanding Equity puts WKKF’s capital, influence, knowledge and reputation to work in new ways. Our action-oriented tools and approach to connecting leaders can help advance racial equity by transforming policies and practices in the industries and systems that shape society, drive better results for workers and companies – and ultimately build a more equitable economy.
