The Hope Starts Here framework, created in partnership with the Kresge Foundation, promotes systems transformation through community engagement, collective investments and a coordinated approach.

Our Hope Starts Here investment supports:

• Healthy, thriving children and families.
• Strengthening parent and community engagement, advocacy and leadership.
• Enhancing access to quality early learning opportunities and resources by supporting quality programs and professionals.
• Creating safe and inspiring learning environments.
• Improving the coordination of data systems.
• Increasing public and private funding opportunities and policy advocacy.

We’ve already seen some significant developments in policies that increase access to child care scholarships (formerly subsidies), child tax credits and supports for the early childhood workforce.
