Boosting Family Economic Security

Our investments center on the factors that affect employment equity, the choices available to families and the resources needed to reduce employment disparities. We support:

• Initiatives that increase access to adequate wages and work supports for those in crisis and those unable to work.
• Efforts to build up small businesses.
• Entrepreneurship programs that offer wraparound services, especially for and by Native American people, women and immigrants, which play an instrumental role in creating pathways toward economic self-sustainability.
