Farmers Markets Ripe With Customers Using Vouchers

A federal program is helping low-income families and seniors buy more fresh fruits and vegetables. At the American Legion Farmers Market in Orangeburg, a lot of the regular customers use the special vouchers, and farmers appreciate the business.
