Applying for Rural People, Rural Policy

AppliRural People, Rural Policy is a new, multi-year, national initiative that will energize and equip rural organizations and networks to shape policy that will improve the lives of rural people and communities. Rural People, Rural Policy information meetings will took place the week of January 9-12, 2006 across the United States and provided an overview of the initiative along with information about applying for grants.  Applications are now being accepted for this initiative.  Please view the application materials to get started.  If you were unable to attend one of the information meetings, you can still apply for the initiative.  The application materials page contains an overview of the initiative and other materials that describe Rural People, Rural Policy.
